San Lorenzo Boutique Hotel & SPA, the latest creation of the Colella Ricevimenti group, represents the finalizing element of a development strategy that the Colella family has pursued, over the years, with passion and professionalism.

Together with the Abbazia di San Lorenzo and the Azienda Agricola San Lorenzo, the new facility elegantly reflects the concept of charming hospitality which has always been the signature and seal of the Colella group.

The facility is located in Polignano a Mare, in a strategic position, immersed in the silence and quiet of the Apulian countryside, with a splendid panoramic view of the coast, the artery connecting the city of Polignano a Mare and Castellana Grotte.

San Lorenzo Boutique Hotel is characterized by a modern style with references to rustic chic in the carefully selected furniture.

Each floor has the name of the plants characterizing the surrounding area, Mandorlo (Almond Tree), Carrubo (Carob Tree), Ulivo (Olive Tree), Ciliegio (Cherry tree) and Melograno (Pomegranate tree), graphically reported on the boiserie of each room using stabilized natural lichen.

The facility is fabulously framed by wooden pergolas, covered with intertwined spirals of table grape vines and surrounded by green and luxuriant lawns, which inebriate the rooms with the scents that only our land and its secular trees can give away.
