OWNER processes personal  and identification data - (for example: name, surname, registered office, address, phone number, e-mail, bank and payment references) – next named “personal data” or “data” communicated by You in the occasion of the conclusion of contracts for the services provided by the owner.

Your data are processed without Your consent art. 6 of GDPR for the following purposes:

• conclude contracts for the services provided by the owner;
• fulfill pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relationships with You;
• enforce the rights of the owner, for example the right of defence in sentence.

Your personal data are subject by paper and electronic / automated processing.

The owner will process Your personal data the right time to fulfill the purposes mentioned, not more than 5 years from the termination of relationship.

Excluding legal provisions for conservation of tax data.

Since You are the interested person, You have the rights, where they are provided (Art. from 15 to 22 Reg. UE 2016/679, precisely: right to access, right to modification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of processing, right to data portability, right to opposition, right to complaint at Guarantor Authority .

Owner must respond to the complaint presented by the interested person within 1 (one) month of the request, even in the event of refusal.

The deadlines are extended by 3 (three) months in complex cases.

Consent to the processing of personal data and younger

The interested person declares to have read the policy, with communication of personal data freely given or collected during the navigation, always carried out in compliance of privacy: gives his consent to processing data and “by ticking” the box, expressly accept the registration and processing of their personal data.
